This week is Music Week at
Woolwich Youth Centre. Tonight there
will be a Battle of the Air Bands at 7:30, so gather your group, feel free to
use costumes and props, and perform the best song without actually performing
a note. If that’s not your thing, then
you may prefer to go for a walk to a local café at 6:00 to grab a hot
chocolate and snack and take in some acoustic music. Check the YC calendar for other upcoming
activities for this Musically Themed Week. Today’s Musical Theme at YC is
Cover Songs and Acoustic Songs.

Today’s Musical Theme at
YC is Songs From The 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, so share your song suggestions and
check out songs and bands that others have suggested. Tonight at Woolwich Youth Centre there will
be a Youth Council Meeting at 7:00, so show up to share your opinions on how
YC is run, and there will be snacks served to those who participate. For those who do not wish to take part in
the meeting, YC asks that you play quietly, then once it is over, we’ll get
out all the musical instruments and have a crazy musical time. At 4:00 there will be a drum and recorder
contest.
