So you think your bridge has what it takes? Oh, you do! You really think your bridge is the strongest?!?! Well, let's test it, shall we? Today at 4:00 p.m. we are conducting BRIDGE STRENGTH TESTS (part 2). Let us see whose bridge reigns victorious.
Today at 6 o'clock, it will be a dark hour here at the YC...very dark and disturbing indeed. Why so dark, you ask? It is simply due to the BURPEE CHALLENGE. My most loathed of exercises! Eeeewww, the very thought sends shivers down my spine. In all honestly, I think burpees should from now on be referred to as "the exercise that shall not be named". Yes...that seems fitting. Oh burpees...I really dislike you. But guess what? Burpees are an amazing exercise. They improve your cardiovascular abilities while also strengthening and increasing muscle in both the upper and lower body. Yes, they are not only good for you...they are amazing for you. But, they are also quite difficult...so this is going to be crazy fun. Are you ready for it? Think you can beat me? Think you can even talk me into trying to beat you? All I know is that it will make for a very interesting night. Burpees.
At 7:00 p.m. we are having a POOL TOURNAMENT.
Also at 7:00 p.m. is our YOUTH COUNCIL MEETING. All Youth Council reps are to be there, so please make sure you are. Awesome!
