Neature is neat, no argument there. And because we love neature and we want to make a positive difference   by helping neature we are going to MAKE A BIRD FEEDER. Yes, we are feeding the little critters that live in neature.

At 7:00 p.m. we are having a PUSH-UP COMPETITION. Now I'm going to be a stickler with form. I don't want to see any butts waving high up in the air and hip thrusts are definitely not considered proper push-ups. I want to see nice solid cores which will allow for proper push-up form. And your arms have to bend, preferably to a right angle (that's 90 degrees). Yep I want full range of motion. And if your not feeling mighty powerful then you can put your knees down for added assistance but I still want to see proper form. Now let's see how many you can push out!! Ready, set, go....burns so good, right?!?!

Also at 7:00 p.m. there will be GIRLS ROUND TABLE. Cat's hosting this one, so bring your awesome selves into the YC and all members with XX (that's you girls) chromosomes are encouraged to participate.

And finally for our evening event we are going old school. How, you ask! Well, we are playing SUPER NINTENDO MARIO WORLD.
