WEEK OF TUESDAY JULY 24 to JULY 27

Well, hi there! So yet another week is upon us and it is my duty, nay my pleasure, to impart upon you the  wondrous festivities we have arranged for you this week. So here it goes good sirs!

Today, which just happens to be Tuesday, we will BUILD A BRIDGE at 2pm. At 4pm there will be a CROKINOLE TOURNAMENT. Cat will be leading any interested youths in a NEATURE WALK, that's right I said NEATURE. Because let's face it, nature is neat and shall therefore be evermore referred to as neature. And finally, at 7pm we will be delving into our creative sides by PAINTING ON CANVAS.

On Wednesday July 25 we will be spending some time, starting at 2pm, IMPROVING YOUR BRIDGE. At 4pm there will be GYMNASTICS. Anna will be taking 6 youths ROCK CLIMBING at Grand River Rocks, leaving the YC at 6:30pm (cost of $10). At 7pm we will be playing CRANIUM.

On Thursday, at 2pm, we will be testing our bridge building abilities by conducting a BRIDGE STRENGTH CONTEST. Let's see what kind of future architects we have in our midst. At 4pm we will be getting into the Olympic spirit by having fun with SOCCER BALL BOUNCING. And we have a new and totally awesome activity planned in the evening. At 6pm Anna will be going to Waterloo Park to experience for the very first time MUSIC & MOVIE IN WATERLOO PARK, this evenings cinematic feature will be Dr. Seuss' The Lorax. So bring a blanket or chair (or any other kind of bum seat), a sweater and some snacks.

FRIDAY, oh Friday...how we love you! And on this most glorious Friday we will be WALKING DOWNTOWN at 3pm. At 5pm we will be MAKING A SNACK (bring your quarter, costs $0.25). At 7pm we will be having a SCAVENGER HUNT RACE. And finally, at 8pm SUPER NINTENDO...woohoo!

Well, I think I covered everything we have planned but remember some of our most amazing adventures have been unplanned! So make sure you get your parents to sign your "Spontaneous Outings" permission form and that way you'll never miss a single moment of YOUTH CENTRE AMAZINGNESS!
